Because this type of work is intense, people sometimes become sore following the massage. It is important to drink plenty of water with all massage but it is extremely important with deep tissue massage to help prevent soreness.

Cellulite Massage- Cellulite massage is one type of therapy that is commonly used to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite is a type of fat that is close to the surface of the skin. The fat cells are pressed against the underlying skin structure, which leads to a distinctive "cottage cheese" appearance. Massage administered to the adhesions in the fascia helps break up tension to reduce the appearance of cellulite, but can be uncomfortable work, so be prepared by drinking lots of h2o before and after.

Four Hands Massage-This is a sublime treatment with four hands instead of two. Because there are two therapists, the techniques are numerous and varied for a unique session with twice the therapy.

Hot Stone Massage-The Hot Stone Massage is not recommended for those with highly sensitive or heat sensitive skin.
